1. Make it Pokemon fanart. Meaning it must include a Pokemon/Character in some way.
2. Don't make it stupid. We won't put it on the site if it is...it can be weird...but not stupid.
3. Do your best...And make sure that it's finished. Unless it's supposed to be a sketch make sure it's finished.
4. Keep it clean. We can't stress this enough...There's little kids here.
